It’s Hocktoberfest for the Milwaukee Admirals. For just $55 you get a ticket to see the Admirals take the ice against the Chicago Wolves at 7 p.m. You also get a custom Admirals stein and two free beers, one at the Old German Beer Hall (1009 N. Doctor M.L.K. Jr. Dr.) and one at the game at the UWM Panther Arena (400 W. Kilbourn Ave.).
Raised Grain Brewing (1725 Dolphin Dr., Waukesha) is releasing Bench Dog Stout. It will be available on nitro and in cans.
Thursday, Oct. 30
There’s a pre-Halloween party taking place at Dead Bird Brewing (1726 Dr. William Finlayson St.) from 3 to 9 p.m. The event features beer specials, horror movie trivia and a costume contest.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show is coming to 3 Sheeps Brewing (1837 North Ave., Sheboygan) for two nights. There will be a live performance at 10 p.m. on Thursday, and on Halloween night they’ll play the original movie at 10 p.m. before a live performance at midnight. Tickets are $25 and there’s a two-drink minimum.
New Belgium Brewing is offering samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 2 to 4 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 31
New Barons Brewing (2018 S. First St.) is throwing a Halloween party from 4 to 11 p.m. that includes food, a DJ, and a costume contest.
Fears and Beers is happening at Busby’s (3475 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.) from 7 p.m. to midnight. Component Brewing is taking over the taps and there will be tarot card readings, scary movies, a costume contest and more.
Indeed Brewing (530 S. Second St.) is having a Halloween Flight Night, where four beer infusions are reminiscent of some candy favorites.
Magellan’s On Main (370 W. Main St., Waukesha) is taking a creative approach to the normal Halloween costume contest. Extra prizes are being awarded to those who wear a costume that represents a beer name from Young Blood Beer. The Madison brewery has some great beer names. Props to anyone who comes dressed as Murder Hornet Is My Safe Word.
Ope! Brewing Co. (6751 W. National Ave., West Allis) hosts a Halloween party with live music and a costume contest.
A Halloween Cabaret is happening at St. Francis Brewery (3825 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.) with live music starting at 7 p.m. Food and drink specials are happening, and there’s a costume contest.
Try samples from The Explorium at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 3 to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 1
Black Husky Brewing (909 E. Locust St.) is doing things a little differently this Halloween season. The brewery hosts the Samhain Fall Festival, which includes costume contests (for kids, pets, and adults), a potluck, and even karaoke. Black Husky is also hosting a Paint Your Pet class with instructor Louis Ely at 1 p.m. Cost is $55 and you must submit a photo of your pet ahead of time.
Celebrate Dia De Los Muertos at Perspective Brewing (7508 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis) with mariachi music, micheladas, and Wim Hot, a ghost pepper beer that hits the taps.
Beerfriends WI kicks off a month of Movember events with a party at Burnhearts (2599 S. Logan Ave.) from 6 to 8 p.m. Thirteen breweries including Third Space, 3 Sheeps and Lion’s Tail will be represented and host a full slate of activities during the month that benefit men’s mental and physical health. Discount Liquor Milwaukee is handing out samples from Revolution Brewing from noon to 2 p.m. Try Belgian beer samples from Duvel Brewery and Brasserie Chouffe at Discount Waukesha from noon to 2 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 9: One of the more unique regular local brewery events is the Bluegrass Gospel Brunch, which is happening at Black Husky Brewing at 11 a.m.
Friday, Nov. 28: Black Friday means all sorts of limited beer releases around the area. More information to come.
