It’s a trio of weekly releases at 1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.). Boil ‘Em, Mash ‘Em, Stick ‘Em in a Brew is a hazy pale ale made with Nelson Sauvin hops and thiolized yeast. Mariah Karaoke is a brett saison aged on Door County Montmorency cherries. Pigs on the Wing is a hard seltzer fermented with kviek yeast. Presale starts at 9 a.m.

Central Waters Brewing (1037 W. Juneau Ave.) release its third group of variants of its Central Waters 25 barrel-aged anniversary stout. The beer with the champagne-colored label has been aged for 35 months in 18-year Elijah Craig barrels. Teal label bottles have been aged in 12-year Elijah Craig barrels for 47 months. That’s a lot of months on both accounts; Central Waters drew oohs and aahs when it released a stout aged three years in bourbon barrels a few years ago. Both will be on tap when Central Waters opens at 11 a.m. The bottle release is at 4 p.m. in the back entrance of the brewery.

Yoga on Tap comes to Lion’s Tail Brewing (8520 W. North Ave.) at 11 a.m. For $20, you get a 45-minute yoga session and a beer.

The third annual Taco Fest by The Tap Yard – Waukesha comes to Minooka Park from noon to 6 p.m. That means a whole lot of taco trucks and really good beer.
