1. Bastille Days
ALL WEEKEND | CATHEDRAL SQUARE PARK
Kicking the weekend off with a great Milwaukee classic, Bastille Days has a little bit of something for everyone. The largest French festival in North America leads off with the Storm the Bastille 5K run/walk. The festival will also include music and entertainment each day from a variety of bands and performers, a marketplace that will showcase crafts and goods from around the world, and food vendors. Admission is free. The festival hours are Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

2. Streets of Paris at MAM
ALL WEEKEND | MILWAUKEE ART MUSEUM
This weekend extravaganza packed with French culture will include art, music and more. Not only does the event transport you to the country of France, but also to several other French–speaking countries including Mali, Senegal and Haiti. All of this is inspired by the feature exhibition “Always New: The Posters of Jules Cheret.” Daily lineups are available on the Milwaukee Art Museum website. The hours for each day are Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Friday from 5-8 p.m. is free) and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
3. Amazing Scavenger Hunt Adventure
SATURDAY AT 8 A.M. | 941 E. WISCONSIN AVENUE
Milwaukee becomes a board game lover’s battleground for this scavenger hunt adventure. Teams of up to five people will meet at the Orange Steel Sculpture by the lake and venture off to combine the game concept of the Amazing Race with an ultimate city tour of hidden gems guided through players’ smartphones. Tickets are $44 per team and can be purchased online ahead of the event.
4. Dog Days of Summer
SATURDAY AT 10 A.M. | 510 E. PLEASANT STREET
Something for you and your furry friends, North Shore Bank presents the Dog Days of Summer event that will have a lot of fun for humans and animals alike. Dogs can enjoy kiddie pools, treats and toys. Humans can enjoy the company of their neighbors as well as treats from Pete’s Pops. In addition, the Wisconsin Humane Society will be on site with information for those interested in adopting, fostering or volunteering. Admission is free, and the hosts ask that you bring your dog on a leash and consider donating!
5. Milwaukee Seltzerland
SATURDAY AT 11 A.M. | THE DEER DISTRICT
The Deer District is hosting an event dedicated to the hard seltzer brands Milwaukeeans know and love. With a general admission ticket purchase, attendees will get to experience hard seltzer tastings of over 100 brands, access to a variety of games and activities and a ticket for food. Those who purchase VIP tickets can expect all of those amenities as well as a commemorative Seltzerland cup, speciality cocktail and a full can of seltzer. Tickets will range from $39-$59. Don’t miss out on the fun and the good ol’ bubbly.
6. Milwaukee Red Bull Flugtag
SATURDAY AT NOON | VETERANS PARK
At Red Bull Flugtag, watch participants who created “flying machines” soar into the sky – and eventually the water – and eagerly await the judges’ top picks. Sit back, relax and watch the fun fly before your eyes. The event will run through the afternoon with an opening ceremony at 1 p.m., first flight at 1:10 p.m. and an awards ceremony at 4 p.m.

7. Riverwest Food Truck Rally
SATURDAY AT 4 P.M. | GATHERING PLACE BREWING COMPANY
Calling all foodies, the fourth annual Riverwest Food Truck Rally is here! With a packed food vendor lineup including Heirloom MKE, Shorty’s Grilled Cheese and Frida’s Cocina, those who make their way to the rally can expect to leave with full stomachs and happy hearts. Not to mention, beer will be available from a variety of breweries. Admission is free but you can purchase food.
8. Armenian Fest
SUNDAY AT 11 A.M. | 7825 W. LAYTON AVE., GREENFIELD
The third Sunday of July every year, the St. John the Baptist Armenian Orthodox Church of Metro Milwaukee hosts Armenian Fest. This event celebrates Armenian culture present in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Admission is free and those who attend can enjoy traditional authentic Armenian foods, music, dancing, a church tour and a variety of products sold through the cultural booths.

9. Mercadera Market
SUNDAY AT 11 A.M. | ZOCALO FOOD TRUCK PARK
Mercadera Market is a Latina-owned market that aims to support and uplift female entrepreneurs in the Milwaukee area. This event will feature locally-owned businesses at the Zócalo Food Truck park. Enjoy the vibrant outdoor setting mixed with a wide variety of vendors. Admission is free, but come hungry and ready to shop!
10. Milwaukee Vintage Style Society Beach Day
SUNDAY AT 1 P.M. | ATWATER BEACH
Whether you love vintage clothing, the beach or maybe both, this Milwaukee Vintage Style Society event may appeal to you. The Society extends an invite to all to spend a Sunday with fellow fashion lovers soaking up the sun at Atwater Beach. There will be no admission for the event, but event organizers ask that you bring your own food and beverages as they welcome you to join them on their “big blanket under a beach umbrella” for a fun–filled day.
11. The History of Milwaukee Drag
SUNDAY AT 3 P.M. | SAINT KATE – THE ARTS HOTEL
Milwaukee Drag legend BJ Daniels along with LGBTQ+ historian and activist Michail Takach will speak at Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel on Sunday. The two will be sharing experiences and stories in regards to Milwaukee Drag. They will also highlight their upcoming novel, A History of Milwaukee Drag: Seven Generations of Glamour. It is free to attend and open to the public.
12. Motley Crue / Def Leppard Concert
SUNDAY AT 4 P.M. | AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE FIELD
Iconic rock legends Motley Crue and Def Leppard will take to the American Family Insurance Field stage on Sunday for a performance as part of their stadium tour. The bands will also perform with Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. Gates to the concert will open at 3:30 p.m. and the show will start promptly at 4 p.m. Tickets must be purchased ahead of the concert.
