Try samples from Milwaukee Brewing Company at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 2 to 5 p.m.
Door County Brewing is offering samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 3 to 5 p.m.

Urban Harvest Brewing (1028 S. 5th St.) celebrates its eighth anniversary with a party that starts at 1 p.m. They’re releasing their Maibock, Hopsitively Hazy IPA and Deux Stappen Belgian Dark Strong Ale. There will also be food from Rose Mob Grill.
Black Husky Brewing (909 E. Locust St.) is releasing Cat Mom Triple IPA at 1 p.m. The day benefits Happy Endings, a no-kill cat shelter. There will be a raffle, cat merchandise and a prize for the best cat costume.
It’s halfway to Limb Shaker Day and Gathering Place Brewing (911 E. Vienna Ave.) is celebrating by tapping the last barrel of the 2017 Limb Shaker Belgian Ale.
Hacienda Beer Co. (2018 E. North Ave.) is releasing Empires of the Mind, a hazy IPA.
Discount Liquor Waukesha is offering samples from Lagunitas from noon to 2 p.m.
Sunday, Apr. 7
There’s a new beer fest coming to Milwaukee. Pours for Parks happens at Best Place (917 W. Juneau Ave.) and includes more than 20 Wisconsin breweries. Tickets start at $60.
The 22nd annual Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser is happening at the Kern Center (1425 N. Broadway). Lakefront Brewery is a proud sponsor. Tickets are just $15 in advance.

April 13: The annual release of Doughnut Don, Vennture Brew Co.’s imperial stout, happens at noon.
April 20: Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy., Muskego) has its popular Joint Beer Fest coming up. Get tickets early, because the annual beer fest draws a crowd.
April 24: Third Space’s Beer School covers the topic of beer and cheese.
April 27: There are only 100 tickets to the Spring Beer Fest at The Landing at Hoyt Park (1800 N. Swan Blvd.). Plan ahead if you want to go.
