Victory Garden Initiative offers fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs grown at its urban farm in the Harambee neighborhood. The farm is free for neighbors to pick what they’d like and leave some for others, even offering a garden survey to suggest produce for the upcoming season. Victory Garden also offer rented garden beds that are filled with soil and ready for planting for only $25 for the season. From July to September, the farm also offers a “donate what you can” produce stand.
Springdale Farm

Springdale Farm is a 35-acre organic farm just outside Plymouth that produces fresh produce and eggs. Shares range in price from $252 for a small share every other week to a large weekly share for $864. They offer 10 pick-up locations, with multiple in the Milwaukee area. The membership is highly customizable, with your choice in how much produce (broken down by three sizes) and how often you’d like to pick it up (every week, every other week, or a “hold” option to allow for emergencies or breaks).

The name for this certified organic farm in Elkhorn is an acronym for “Living off the Fat of the Land.” The farm offers three membership levels: $875, $1350, or $1850, and you can spend your return as credits on the farm’s online store throughout the season. They offer home delivery for an additional $150, or you can pick up at the Milwaukee South Shore Farmers Market or the Northwoods Building in Shorewood on Saturdays.
Three Sisters Community Farm

This family farm offers over 40 varieties of vegetables on an organic farm throughout the seasons. Delivery varies based on seasonal memberships, with a choice of deliveries every week or every other week only in the summer. Spring and fall memberships come every other week. All memberships allow you to choose eight items of your choice. They offer several Milwaukee area pick-up options on Thursdays.
Quinta CSA Farm

Quinta CSA Farm specializes in super sweet cherry tomatoes and grows over 30 varieties of vegetables at Honey Creek Collective in East Troy, Wisconsin. A membership starts at $550, or about $30 per week, for the growing season. Front-door delivery is included in your membership and includes six to eight items from the farm, with the option to add extra veggies or eggs with their online farmers market. Their packaging also features almost no single-use plastic. They offer delivery in various Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Elm Grove and Waukesha zip codes, with other areas subject to approval.
Winterspring Farm

This farm focuses on fresh vegetables throughout the summer and fall growing seasons. The subscriptions are flexible, so shareholders can pick the perfect amount of veggies for pick-up at the many pick-up sites in the Milwaukee area. They offer small and large shares with weekly or every other week options, ranging in price from $304 to $741.
Old Plank Farm

This small-scale diversified vegetable farm uses organic and sustainable farming practices to provide members with nutrient-dense veggies. Old Plank Farm members receive a weekly share of produce in a small or large size, access to a recipe exchange group and a weekly newsletter from the farm. The memberships range in price and frequency, with small every other week boxes starting at $220 for the season and large weekly boxes being $600. They offer home delivery for $95 for the season or various pick-up locations in the Milwaukee area.
