These Milwaukee winter farmers’ markets will let you shop local all season long.

With cold weather (and snow already on the ground!), traditional farmers’ markets are closed for the season. However, there are still a variety of farmers’ markets opening up for a winter edition to support local farmers and makers. 

Here’s a list of our top picks around the city.

Fondy’s Milwaukee Winter Farmers Market

THE TABLE, 5305 W CAPITOL DRIVE, MILWAUKEE | SATURDAYS, NOV. 9 2025-MARCH 28, 2026, 9 A.M-2 P.M  (NO MARKET DEC. 27) 

Fondy Food Center was originally established in 2000 as a non-profit to assist with food scarcity in the area. The organization also runs the Fondy Farm Project, which helps farmers allocate resources and land. At the Milwaukee Winter Farmers Market, you’ll find a variety of local and regional produce, meat, and eggs & dairy, as well as bakery, jams, honey, maple syrup, sauces & soups, soaps, and other body products.

Oak Creek Winter Farmers Market

OAK CREEK COMMUNITY CENTER, 8580 S HOWELL AVE, OAK CREEK | SATURDAYS, NOV 1 2025-APRIL 18, 2026, 9 A.M-1 P.M (NO MARKET ON NOV. 22 AND DEC. 13) 

The Oak Creek Community Center hosts over 60 food vendors and 10 special maker vendors every Saturday until May, claiming to have the most vendors under one roof. You’ll find everything from pot pies and tamales to soaps, kettle corn, and jerky. Plus, classic winter produce vendors will also be available.

Riverwest Winter Farmers Market

AMORPHIC BEER, 3700 N FRATNEY STREET, MILWAUKEE, SUNDAYS: NOV. 23, DEC 21 2025, JAN. 11,25, FEB. 8,22, MAR. 8, 29, APR. 12 2026, 11 A.M.-3 P.M.

With their mission to make local food available for all, expect to find seasonal produce, local honey and eggs, freshly baked goods like bread and sweets, and body products at this market. EBT is accepted at the Riverwest Winter Farmers Market, where they are doing everything they can to preserve accessibility.

Shorewood Winter Farmers Market

THE ATRIUM, 2107 E CAPITOL DRIVE, SHOREWOOD | SUNDAYS, JAN. 4-FEB. 22, 2026, 9 A.M.-1 P.M.

This year, the Shorewood Farmers Market is opening its winter edition. You’ll find many familiar vendors in their Winter Market with some new faces as well. The Shorewood Winter Farmers Market is still accepting vendors, so a complete list is not available – but they are promising Bloody Marys, mimosas and football! 

Brookfield Winter Farmers Market

FOOD COURT AT BROOKFIELD SQUARE MALL | SATURDAYS, NOV. 22 2025-MARCH 28, 2026, 10 A.M.-2 P.M. (NO MARKETS DEC 12 AND 13 AND JAN 17) 

New this year at the Brookfield Square Mall, this market will feature 70+ vendors lining up at the Food Court with an array of produce, cheese, meat, jams & honey, bread, and locally made goods like clothing, soaps and candles. Food vendors will also be on site, serving up eats like crepes, avocado toast and coffee.
