3 New Things Coming to Milwaukee in April

A new EP from Milwaukee’s Bug Moment, a celebration of influential Wisconsinites and a friendly print of Rhinelander’s favorite cryptid.

1. The Lazer Collection

In their EP, out now, Bug Moment souped up their emo-indie rock with hyperpop energy and a penchant for Y2K-era video games.

2. Wisconsin Idols

Madison author Dean Robbins pays tribute to 100 famous figures who left their mark on the Badger State, with short personal essays on everyone from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to Chris Farley and Vel Phillips to Liberace. It’s out April 1.

3. Hodag Print

If what’s missing in your home is Wisconsin’s very own cryptid, you’re in luck. Local illustrator Christina Persika’s drawing of the Northwoods critter is more cute than creepy, and she’s selling prints.
