Milwaukee's own Paul Cebar and his Tomorrow Sound will be grooving at Jazz in the Park this week in the summer-long celebration of the weekly concert's 25th anniversary.

East Town’s Jazz in the Park celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2016 and Milwaukee Magazine is partnering with the iconic Downtown Milwaukee event for all sorts of giveaways and other goodies throughout the summer!

Jazz in the Park will welcome Paul Cebar Tomorrow Sound to perform live from 5 to 9 p.m on Aug. 25. Singer, guitarist and bandleader Paul Cebar is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The rest of the band’s roster is rounded out by drummer Reggie Bordeaux; keyboardist, saxophonist, vocalist Bob Jennings; bassist, vocalist Mike Fredrickson; and percussionist, vocalist Mac Perkins.

Paul Cebar Tomorrow Sound produces typically Funk, Soul, Latin and R&B music. “Fine Rude Thing” is the band’s latest album, with top tracks from that album including “Kill Me A Lot,” “Summer Starts Right Now” and “Just That Cold”.

Paul Cebar Tomorrow Sound played “Baby Shake” from that album in the Tap Milwaukee studio, recorded by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Check out the video of that below.
