It’s all about summer dining, and that includes patios, food trucks and seasonal drinks and plates. Also, now that it is officially summer, you might be thinking of heading to the lakefront. This year, a new food operator is handling the concessions at the Bradford Beach House. The business is called The Dock, and the food ranges from fried pierogis to chips and guacamole, from burgers and tacos to panini and wraps. The Dock also serves a full menu of cocktails. We also talk more about the nitty-gritty (The Dock’s hours, etc.) and a few other things happening, from a food perspective, on the lakefront.
And this year, for the first time, I headed to Summerfest specifically to eat. This was Day 1 of our annual music festival and my purpose was to find the most edible food. Tarik and I delve into that, and I also wrote about it for this website as well.
