1. Legally Blonde

Catch the iconic musical comedy during its final days at the Racine Theatre Guild. With a 7:30 p.m. showtime on Friday, 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. showtimes on Saturday, and a 2 p.m. showtime on Sunday, there are plenty of opportunities to embark on Elle Woods’ journey through Harvard Law.

2. Festa Italiana

ALL WEEKEND | HENRY MAIER FESTIVAL PARK

Festival season arrives with Milwaukee’s big Italian bash on the lakefront! Face off in a bocce tournament, vote for Milwaukee’s best sauce, watch the Italian Idol singing competition, and eat Italian food from over a dozen vendors.

3. Jura Wine Tasting

FRIDAY FROM 4-6 P.M. | WATERFORD WINE & SPIRITS

Waterford Wine & Spirits is hosting a Friday evening tasting, spotlighting the Jura – a sub-alpine mountain range that produces some of France’s most distinctive wines. In an attempt to demystify and explore the Jura, guests can sample seven wines and five grapes from the region.

4. Women, Wine & Tech 6.0

FRIDAY FROM 4-10 P.M. | UW-MILWAUKEE

Raise a glass to women in tech on Friday night at Women, Wine & Tech 6.0, a social innovation summit hosted in the Wisconsin room at UW-Milwaukee. Sit in on panels and network with tech visionaries at this six-hour event, with music and fine wine.

Nikki Glaser’s “Alive and Unwell” Tour is coming to town! The Emmy-nominated comic has moved her 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. showtimes to Miller High Life Theatre, due to high demand, but tickets remain available.

8. Gabriel Harris with Laura Bomber and Tori Yocum and Hanna Simone

Berkeley graduate Gabriel Harris will be showcasing an alternative take on classic genres at Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. on Friday evening. Other acts include songwriters Laura Bomber, with Tori Yocum, and Hanna Simone. Pay $12 in advance or $15 at the 6:30 p.m. door to hear this lineup live.

Join John Riepenhoff, Executive Director of Sculpture Milwaukee and founder of The Green Gallery, for an exploration of themes and topics in the exhibition “Erin Shirreff: Permanent Drafts.” The collection of works includes over 40 of Shirreff’s recent collages, photographs, sculptures and videos, some specific to the Milwaukee Art Museum.

12. Native Plant Sale Fundraiser

Stop by Wehr Nature Center in Franklin from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. this Saturday or Sunday to shop native plants. The sale will take place at the back of the building, rain or shine. Proceeds support Wehr and center habitats.

With the closing of Crossroads Collective and The Pharmacy Bar, the East Side food hall will be hosting a Decor & Dish Pop-Up sale in Ivanhoe Plaza, in an effort to clear out its treasures. Discourse Coffee – Radio Milwaukee is hosting its second annual “Americana Brunch” on Sunday morning. Join acclaimed Milwaukee band Panalure for a performance of original Americana music, after Denny Rauen strums the morning off with his guitar.
