What’s better than five consecutive days of happy hour? Not much, really.
Taste and Toast is here to help you conquer your dining and drinking bucket list this spring. Across Downtown Milwaukee, more than 25 bars, restaurants and lounges will be offering various food and drink deals March 5-9, so you can finally try that spot you’ve been wanting to visit.
Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 is putting on the event to highlight the dining and nightlife scene in the heart of the city. This is the prelude to Downtown Dining Week, which will return this year May 31-June 7.
The participating establishments, which include old favorites like Miller Time Pub, SafeHouse and AJ Bombers, will offer specially priced appetizers, small plates and drinks from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. each night. Menus for each of the participating establishments detail the plates and drinks to be offered throughout the week.
On top of cheaper food and drinks, participants have the option to take a survey at the end of the event to be entered to win $375 in dining gift certificates.
Taste and Toast offers a chance for foodies to go back to their favorite restaurants or curious taste testers to try out a new establishment.
