Pizza Man currently has two locations (East Side and Tosa). By fall of 2016, it will open its third restaurant – in Oak Creek, at the new Drexel Town Square (which occupies 85 acres at the corner of Howell and Drexel avenues). Rinka Chung Architecture will again handle the design of the 5,000-square-foot pizzeria, whose menu will feature the same pizzas as its siblings, as well as appetizers, salads and likely entrées as well. (Zak Baker, executive chef/operating partner, will oversee the menu.) The major difference here will be the patio, which director of operations Sarah Baker describes as a “substantial” outdoor patio, with seating for 120 diners. More details when I have them.
