Stepping into the Sunday brunch ring is none other than the new Bass Bay Brewhouse, currently seducing the suburban masses with chicken fried chicken and pulled ham poutine. The Muskego restaurant inside the old Aud-Mar Supper Club (S79 W15851 Aud Mar Dr., 414-377-9449) kicks it off this Sunday, Sept. 13. Brunch hours are 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The full dinner menu is available along with a roster of brunchy additions. Among them: a split biscuit with fried chicken, gravy, and eggs; “Shenanigans,” a mix of ham, bacon, brats, cheese curds, tater tots and eggs; stuffed French toast, eggs Benedict; omelets; eggs served with a 12-ounce rib-eye and breakfast potatoes; and much more.
