The third annual event has moved to a new location but has not departed from its focus on tacos, tequila and entertainment.

The Milwaukee Taco Fest that brought its lucha libre wrestling, taco tasting and tequila sampling to the (now closed) Horny Goat Hideaway in past years is back this June, in a new venue: the Harley-Davidson Museum (400 W. Canal St.).

The event – on June 5, 12-4 p.m. – features the taco-building handiwork of local restaurants. So far, just two restaurant names – Shaker’s and Gypsy Taco – have been revealed. More participants will be announced on the event’s website over the next month. Note that attendees will vote for their favorite taco, with awards given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Additional attractions include a margarita bar, live music, taco-eating contest and a Chihuahua beauty contest.
