Fresh off road series wins in San Francisco and Arizona, the Brewers return home Monday with their magic number to clinch the NL Central at three. A combination of Brewers wins and Cubs losses totaling three will clinch the division for Milwaukee for the second consecutive season and fourth time in the last seven seasons (also 2018 and 2021).

The Brew Crew finishes off its regular-season home slate at American Family Field against the Philadelphia Phillies (Monday-Wednesday), the Arizona Diamondbacks (Thursday-Sunday) and the New York Mets (Sept. 27-29).
