SOS means Save Our Shops in this raffle aimed at helping bring in more business in the Bay View community.
Here’s how it works: For every $20 you spend on gift certificates at participating businesses, you get a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of three prizes worth $500 in goods from the shops.
It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!
Participating businesses include:

- Brass Rooster / Hen House
- Cactus Club
- Egg & Flour
- Goodkind
- Halo Artisan Skincare
- Healium Hot Yoga
- Hue Restaurant
- Lazy Susan Milwaukee
- Lulu
- Mac’s Pet Depot Barkery
- The Mothership
- The Newport
- Odd Duck
- Rushmor Records
- Sparrow Collective
- Sugar Maple
- Three Brothers Restaurant
- Tonic Tavern
The prize includes products from each of these businesses valued at $25 each. To enter, you can buy gift certificates online, by phone or in stores.
“The more gift certificates you buy, the more you ensure the businesses you love will survive AND the more chances you have to win,” a flyer for the raffle says.
Another way you can get a raffle ticket is by donating five non-perishable food items at one of the participating storefronts. All donations will go to the Bay View Community Center.
The raffle drawing will be on Dec. 18.
