Jennifer Hruz, FNP-BC, APNP

VIVA WELLNESS WISCONSIN | 262-777-8482

Jennifer Hruz, FNP-BC, APNP, is the founder and owner of VIVA Wellness, a modern medical weight loss and functional wellness practice built from both clinical expertise and lived experience. VIVA Wellness was born from Hruz’s own journey of integrating and overcoming challenges related to obesity and mental health. After losing over 100 pounds, she understands firsthand how vulnerable the process of change can feel – and how often patients experience shame, judgment or dismissal in traditional health care settings. That experience shaped her desire to create a safe space, where people feel seen, heard, valued and supported without judgment.

In 2017, she founded VIVA Wellness to create a new model of care – one where physical, mental and emotional health are treated as inseparable.

Today, VIVA Wellness is a 5,000-square-foot boutique clinic serving thousands of patients. The practice specializes in comprehensive obesity medication management with personalized treatment plans, all thoughtfully integrated with services that support physical functioning, detoxification and whole-body wellness. Offerings include Lymphatic Drainage, Colon Hydrotherapy, IV Hydration and NAD+ Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD and treatment-resistant mental health conditions.

Mental health is a foundational component of VIVA’s care philosophy. Hruz believes sustainable healing often requires addressing the brain and body together.

At its core, VIVA Wellness was designed to feel different – rooted in safety, respect and thoughtful care. Through her leadership, Hruz continues to challenge health care norms, demonstrating that modern wellness care can be clinically sound, deeply human and truly transformative.

“I created VIVA Wellness so people could feel seen, heard and genuinely cared for – where modern medical weight loss and integrative wellness therapies meet.”
