Here’s the New Food Coming to Fiserv Forum for the NBA Playoffs

To name a few: MKE cheesesteak brat, taco pizza and lemon pepper wings.

The MKE cheesesteak brat, whiskey mushroom burger, cherry old-fashioneds and Hoosier Heritage cocktails are among the new food and beverage offerings that will be available for the first time when the Milwaukee Bucks host the Indiana Pacers in a first-round NBA playoff game at Fiserv Forum on Friday night.

“We never stop, as far as menu writing goes,” Fiserv Forum and Deer District Senior Executive Chef Marlene Duke said. “That gets our creative juices going.”

It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!

The Bucks and Fiserv Forum use surveys of fans and suite holders to constantly tweak the food and beverage menus, said Mason Gohlke, Fiserv Forum and Deer District vice president of hospitality.

“We strive to offer the best food and beverage experience for our fans, and that can’t happen without knowing how they’re experiencing their time here at the arena,” he said. “We took all of that feedback and created these wonderful items for the fans to enjoy.”

The new options in the general concession areas include:

  • MKE cheesesteak brat
  • Loaded pulled pork baked potato
  • Footlong hot dog
  • Bacon grilled cheese
  • Taco pizza
  • Whiskey mushroom burger
  • Loukoumades
  • Souvenir buttered popcorn
  • Lemon pepper wings
  • Big Cluck sandwich

New offerings in the suites are:

  • Wrap roll bite
  • Shrimp lobster roll
  • Seafood platter
  • Wisconsin seafood fry
  • Bone-In tomahawk
  • Chili fried chicken basket
  • Hot ham sliders
  • Wisconsin cream puffs

Feedback revealed that fans wanted more dessert-type offerings, among other options, Duke said.

“Desserts were one area where we have a big hole right now. We’re missing an opportunity,” she said.

The variety of new menu items will provide ample options for fans attending Bucks playoff games at Fiserv Forum, Duke added.

“I encourage our fans to try all the new items we have during the playoffs because we will take the feedback from these games to create our menus for next season.”
