Great Lakes Distillery to Hold Largest Bloody Mary Event

Great Lakes Distillery to Hold Largest Bloody Mary Event

Load up on the obligatory weekend cocktail at this event, with proceeds going to Milwaukee’s Hunger Task Force.

Bloody Marys aren’t a beverage. They’re practically a food source. At least the way they’re treated in Milwaukee. This Sunday, you can put that theory to the test at Milwaukee’s Largest Bloody Mary. It’s hosted by Great Lakes Distillery (616 W. Virginia St.), which, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., is offering $5 bloody marys (proceeds benefitting the Hunger Task Force), a $3 garnish bar and $2 grilled cheese. What more could you want? A raffle? OK. Raffles every hour. Tickets are $1 each. Get a free raffle ticket for every three nonperishable food items you bring. Oct. 25, 10-5 p.m. Admission is free.
