Tune in Friday, Dec. 11 at noon to learn more about Operation FINALLY HOME from senior vice president of marketing, Molly Halliday. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to building custom-made, mortgage-free homes for wounded, ill or injured veterans and their families to better accommodated their needs and give them peace of mind.
Partnering with corporate sponsors, builder associations, builders, remodelers, developers, individual contributors and volunteers, they have been able to do over 250 projects completed or in planning in 33 states across the country.
We will hear from U.S. Army Sergeant Daniel Cappo, who received the latest home in Menomonee Falls.
The Wisconsin Philanthropy Network partnered with Milwaukee Magazine to launch the Give Back MKE campaign, a multimedia series that puts the spotlight on local service organizations throughout the month of December.
