In 2020, homes in Milwaukee sold in only nine days, on average. With record low inventory and extremely high demand, houses are moving at a rapid clip, often with multiple competitive offers.
“I don’t see this market slowing down anytime soon,” said Maureen Stallé, owner of the Stallé Realty Group.
Stallé started working in Milwaukee real estate in 1996 and in 1998, she and Martha Olla formed the Stallé Realty Group. The 14-person team sold nearly $100 million worth of Milwaukee area real estate in 2020, and according to Milwaukee MLS, it was one of the top five teams in greater Milwaukee that year. Stallé points to her team as the key to their continued success and growth.
