Where to Get Easter Brunch in Milwaukee This Year

These restaurants will be serving up Easter brunch in Milwaukee on Sunday, April 5 – and some of them will have a special menu going all day.

Easter is almost here – and this year, why not leave the cooking to the pros? Many of Milwaukee’s restaurants are hosting a glamorous Easter brunch or meal on Sunday, April 5, and in some cases it’s even an all-you-can-eat buffet with theatrics at action stations.

Here are 24 restaurants where you can enjoy Easter’s traditional dishes, with some additional flair plugged in, courtesy of the chef.

Avli

1818 N. HUBBARD ST.

Sticking with its Greek theme, Avli is serving a buffet on Easter ($60 per adult, $15.99 per child) and it’s available all day, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. This buffet will also be served on April 12, as that’s Greek Easter. Between the cold, hot and dessert stations are many Greek specialties, such as Greek cheese, mini chicken souvlaki, lamb on a spit, spinach pies and koulourakia (traditional Greek Easter cookies), along with ham and prime rib carving stations.

Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant

925 E. WELLS ST.

Included on the three-course Easter menu ($75 per adult, $25 per kid ages 12 and younger) , served from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., are selections like eggs Benedict with shaved Nueske’s ham, avocado toast with Rocket Baby multigrain sourdough and banana bread served alongside rum caramel.

Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro

3133 E. NEWBERRY BLVD.

Available between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Easter, this restaurant’s Easter specials are curated into a three-course menu ($65 per person), with several selections in each course. From a buckwheat crêpe to poached and smoked salmon salad, there’s a mix of sweet and savory, including dessert where you can choose between baked cherry custard and four other options, such as passion-fruit mousse with edible flowers. A children’s menu is also available.

Harbor House

550 N. HARBOR DR.

A special à la carte Easter menu spanning three courses, featuring selections within, will be served between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. While there is some overlap, some items are only served for brunch (until 2 p.m.). On the menu are lobster eggs Benedict, lobster avocado toast, peach and prosciutto salad, New York strip, various seafood entrees, and carrot cake.

This rooftop restaurant at The Trade Hotel will serve an Easter brunch buffet ($80 per adult, $35 per child between six and 12) paired with an amazing view. Available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., the buffet features items such as brick-oven charred Scottish salmon and baked honey-glazed ham, as well as a hot-chocolate station next to the dessert table.

Joey Gerard’s—A Bartolotta Supper Club

5601 BROAD ST., GREENDALE

Serving its Easter brunch buffet-style ($80 per adult, $25 per kid) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., this supper-club concept’s menu includes a carving station, egg and omelet station, hot breakfast items, and an array of desserts and appetizers.

Lake Lawn Resort

2400 E. GENEVA ST., DELAVAN

1878 on the Lake will be hosting the resort’s Champagne brunch on Easter (between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.), as well as an outdoor Easter-egg hunt in the courtyard at 9 a.m. The buffet costs $70 per adult, $30 per kid ages 8 to 12 and $16 per kid ages 4 to 7. Meat-free diners will find plenty to enjoy, including a dedicated section of the menu titled “Greens and More,” plus a Greek yogurt station. Joining breakfast and lunch entrees (including scrambled eggs, French toast, pan seared mahi mahi and herb-roasted chicken) are three stations – a seafood display, carving station and omelet station.There’s also a special children’s buffet and a large assortment of desserts.

Le Reve Patisserie & Café

In lieu of dining in, you can pick up all the fixings for a cozy Easter brunch at home from this French restaurant. This includes a glazed-ham meal kit ($125) that serves four people, a fromage platter, smoked-salmon platter, charcuterie platter, Basque cheesecake, salads, quiche and ready-to-bake croissants.

Lupi & Iris

777 N. VAN BUREN ST.

Inspired by the French and Italian rivieras, this downtown restaurant’s Easter brunch continues that theme with a three-course prix-fixe Easter brunch ($65 per adult, $30 per kid), served between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Selections on the menu include, for the first course, a selection of pastries, grilled octopus or creamy lobster bisque, and then, for the main course, hearty entrees such as lamb chops and wood-grilled Atlantic swordfish, with a choice of five desserts spanning sweet and savory (from olive oil and citrus cake to caramel pots de crème).

Mr. B’s—A Bartolotta Steakhouse (Brookfield)

Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., this steakhouse’s Easter menu—served à la carte—will feature chicken and waffles, goat-cheese croquettes, flourless chocolate cake and other decadent delights.

Mr. B’s—A Bartolotta Steakhouse (Mequon)

From truffled burrata salad to banana pudding, as well as coffee-rubbed Manhattan steak, this steakhouse’s special Easter brunch menu has something for everyone. The three-course menu will be served between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and is designed to be à la carte.

Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993

Staying true to its Italian roots, the Easter brunch menu ($65 per adult, $25 per kid) – comprised of three courses – features everything from Tuscan bean and vegetable soup as a starter to affogato (vanilla gelato “drowned” in espresso) for dessert. Other dishes are penne pasta served with a creamy Italian sausage ragu. The brunch’s hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Stella Van Buren

Located within The Westin Milwaukee, this restaurant’s brunch and dinner menus on Easter will feature familiar dishes already on the menu as well as new additions just for the holiday. This includes prosciutto Benedict, lamb sausage rigatoni, biscuits and gravy and honey-glazed ham, as well as carrot cake for a sweet ending. Brunch is served between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. and the dinner hours are 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Stone Bank Farm Market

This farm’s café (open between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.) is hosting a special Easter breakfast on its menu not just on Easter but the day prior, too. Items include gluten-friendly crepes, steelhead trout Benedict, pulled-ham breakfast sandwich, and bubbles with fresh juice for a spirited drink. Some of the ingredients are sourced from the farm.

A lavish Easter brunch buffet menu ($105 per adult, $35 per child ages 5-12) served in the Wisconsin Room between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. folds in a chilled seafood bar, four interactive chef stations (omelets, pancakes, prime rib and glazed smoked ham), fresh-fruit display, salads, traditional brunch dishes with a twist (such as frittata and French toast bread pudding) a charcuterie board and more. There is another brunch served at Blackwolf Run ($90 per adult, $35 per child ages 5-12) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and a family-friendly Bunny Brunch ($65 per adult, $30 per child ages 5-12) with a visit from the Easter bunny in the American Club’s Great Lakes Ballroom as well as live music, served between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The Commodore—A Bartolotta Restaurant

1807 NAGAWICKA RD., HARTLAND

Between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Easter, a brunch buffet ($90 per adult, $25 per child ages 4-12) with various stations dedicated to omelets, shrimp cocktails, hot items and desserts, plus salads and boards, will fill the restaurant. Many items are rooted in Wisconsin, such as kringles and a Wisconsin cheese board.

The Ingleside Hotel

2810 GOLF RD., PEWAUKEE

Starting at 9 a.m., this hotel’s Easter brunch ($49 per adult, $24 per kid 12 and under) will be served in the Lake Country Ballroom and include an outdoor Easter-egg hunt. On the menu, available until 2 p.m., are an omelet station and breakfast items you’d expect, like French toast, pancakes and bacon, and biscuits and gravy, along with a carving area (for ham and prime rib), pastries, lunch items (such as chicken marsala and beef stroganoff), seafood, cheese and sausage selections, a salad bar and fresh fruit.

Starting with flutes of sparkling wine, this restaurant’s Easter brunch buffet features decadent items like house-made pastries, egg and croissant bakes, salads, roasted meats, fresh fruit, and fried chicken and waffles.

The Italian Community Center

Between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., an Easter brunch menu ($72 per adult and $25 per child between 4-12) prepared by The Bartolotta Restaurants will be served at this Third Ward venue. There are seven stations total, focused on specialties like desserts, appetizers, chef-made omelets, carving meats, entrees and breakfast items. There’s also a children’s station, with everything from pigs in a blanket to brownies.

The Packing House

Serving a ham dinner ($34.99 per person) between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Easter, the meal also includes steamed green beans and parsley-boiled red potatoes, and the ham is baked in honey and cherry-glazed. Another option is to pull through the drive-thru ($25 cash per person), between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The Pfister Hotel

Hosted in the hotel, between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., the Easter brunch buffet ($119 per adult, $35 per child between three and 10) is a lavish spread. On the menu are a sculpted ice and seafood display, a station devoted to artisan cheese and breads, 10 brunch entrees, 13 desserts, an omelet station, a meat-carving station and a station that’s all about seared King crab cake. A sweet, unique option is the action station of chocolate eggs that are filled to order. The Easter bunny will also make a visit.

The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails

Tucked into Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel, this dining venue will celebrate Easter brunch ($59 per adult, $29 per kid) between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. with flutes of mimosas, and even mimosa flights. On the menu are three courses, with selections within, such as fried chicken and waffle or biscuit and gravy for the main course, preceded by seafood options like a lobster bisque cup or shrimp cocktail, then winding down on a sweet note with carrot cake, two other cake choices or crème brûlée.

Located on the ground floor of Kimpton Journeyman Hotel, Tre Rivali’s menu is inspired by Mediterranean flavors and dishes, including at its Easter brunch buffet ($65 per adult, $25 per child 12 and under) served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Some options are braised short rib stifado, a mezze table and hearth-grilled swordfish. In addition to a custom egg station and carving station (for ham), there are also shrimp cocktails, deviled eggs, artisan cheeses and charcuterie, and brunch dishes like crème fraiche scrambled eggs and bacon, or hot chicken with waffles.

Uncle Wolfie’s Downtown & The Wolf

At the restaurant’s downtown location, a prix-fixe brunch special to Easter features new items on the menu, such as these add-ons: ham rolls, ramen deviled eggs, lemon berry parfait, chili-cheddar-scallion biscuits and ube cinnamon rolls.
