Ticket Promotions

1. Wells Fargo $5 Day

AUG. 3 | 10 A.M.-4 P.M.

Fairgoers can get into the State Fair for $5 on opening day by donating two cans of fruits and vegetables or making any cash donation at an admission entrance. 

2. Celebrate Wisconsin Day

AUG. 4 | 10 A.M.-6 P.M.

For out-of-town visitors, present an out-of-state ID and receive two adult admission tickets for $18, half of their original price. 

3. Veterans & Military Recognition Day

AUG. 6 | 10 A.M.-6 P.M.

Active military personnel, veterans and family members will receive free admission with a Military ID. Admission is limited to four people per ID.

4. Milwaukee Bucks Kid’s Day

AUG. 8 | 10 A.M.-4 P.M.

Throughout July, Bucks fans ages 6-11 are eligible for a free youth admission ticket by signing up for Bango’s Kids Club. Tickets will be valid for admission only on August 8.

5. Meijer Day

AUG. 9 | 10 A.M.-4 P.M.

Present a Meijer receipt for $40 or more from a purchase between July 2 to August 9 and receive $5 off one adult ticket. 

6. Prairie Farms Dairy Day, Honoring Educators

AUG. 10 | 10 A.M.-4 P.M.

Educators are eligible for free admission to the fair when presenting a school-issued ID or name badge. The promotion is limited to one admission per ID.

7. Crazy Grazin’ Day

AUG. 8 | ALL DAY

Ever wanted to try a huge variety of fair foods? More than 30 locations around the park will offer smaller sizes of fan-favorite items at reduced prices. Grab a Crazy Grazin’ brochure at a Guest Information Center for more information on where to find the deals. 

8. State Fair Souvenir Cups

The 32 oz. Wisconsin State Fair Cup is available filled with any Coca-Cola product for $8. Refills afterward are $4, and they can be reused year after year at the fair. Participating vendor information can be found at wistatefair.com/fair/state-fair-souvenir-cups.

9. Stages

There are dozens of free stages available at the fair where you can relax and listen to some great tunes. The largest free stage, the Bank Five Nine Amphitheater, will include bands Herman’s Hermits and Great White.

10. Cirque At The Fair

New this year at the fair, catch high-flying aerial performances and archery shows every day at the fair this month. Basic admission is located in a Big Top tent for free, and a VIP upgrade for ringside seating is available for $10. 

11. Grand Champion Hall & Stage

Check “Seasoned With Creativity” this year with exhibits from amateur craftspeople, horticulturists, photographers and more. Daily expert demonstrations on crafts and beer and wine making will also be included. 

12. K-9 Sports Arena

Watch pups perform hourly on weekdays at the fair. Catch acts like dog dock diving, agility courses, police K-9 units and more!
