I hope the Milwaukee media wakes up and acknowledges the economic realities of globalization and the need for government workers to share the pain.
Most politicians love to blow sunshine at the taxpayers. Walker, on the hand, tells it like it is. You can’t legislate prosperity and he says so.
When it comes to property taxes, Wisconsin is nothing less than a joke. Potted plants and all the citizens of the other 49 states know our taxes are off the charts. Everyone knows, except Doyle and his cronies, that public worker benefits have to be reduced.
It’s time the media starts clearly articulating Walker’s message. He knows how to control government spending and I believe Wisconsinites are going to give him the opportunity to do it in 2006.
