  • Milwaukee County could hold advisory referenda on raising the minimum wage and replacing the county executive with an appointed administrator, according to the Journal Sentinel, but backers on the County Board will first have to override an expected veto from County Executive Chris Abele.
  • The Supreme Court has ruled against a Massachusetts law creating a 35-foot, no-protester buffer around abortion clinics, saying that the rules violate the First Amendment. Laws in nine other areas will be affected.
  • Shia LaBeouf might have to apologize again. This time, he stands accused of drunken and obnoxious behavior (including “jabbering”) during a performance of “Cabaret,” according to the New York Daily News.
