Their dream was to live on the lake. Yet they wanted the new North Shore house to be as warm and welcoming as the old place they were leaving behind. Homes by Chapel Hill created a magnificent residence that looks as though it has graced this lovely lake bluff for generations. And designer James Mark Connelly of Connelly Interiors helped blend the owners’ taste for 18th-century Georgian style with current decorating trends.
