It’s that time again. The time when editors, stylists, publicists, photographers, designers and models live on coffee and Fiber One bars for ten days, hoping to take in as many sartorial sights as possible. Though engines run on empty by time it’s over, the shows are fascinating displays of the designers’ hard work.  Thanks to the folk at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York and Rightster, we’ll be live streaming the shows starting today. You watch them as they happen (check the schedule here to see who’s up), without the hassle of sprinting in five-inch heels from Lincoln Center to Milk…

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2013 Collections

Claire Hanan worked at the magazine as an editor from 2012-2017. She edited the Culture section and wrote stories about all sorts of topics, including the arts, fashion, politics and more. In 2016, she was a finalist for best profile writing at the City and Regional Magazine Awards for her story "In A Flash." In 2014, she won the the Milwaukee Press gold award for best public service story for editing "Handle With Care," a service package about aging in Milwaukee. Before all this, she attended the University of Missouri's School of Journalism and New York University's Summer Publishing Institute.
