A new album by a local artist, a debut novel and a bright-light display are coming to Milwaukee this month.

1. True Love Corridor

Milwaukee’s Andy Goitia makes a full-fledged turn to psych-tinged yacht rock on his new album True Love Corridor, out March 15 under his musical moniker Sleepy Gaucho. He’ll perform a release show at Vivarium on the same day.

2. Milwaukee Art Museum’s Bright Lights

If you’ve been Downtown after dark, you’ve probably noticed a spectrum of colors across the Calatrava. The new light display at the Milwaukee Art Museum shines on Thursday evenings from sunset until 8 p.m. and is planned to go through spring.

3. Between You and Us 

OUT MARCH 12

When confronted with a different reality, Leona must choose between two lives – one struck with grief but filled with enduring love, and another where her daughter lives but her loving marriage crumbles. The debut novel by Milwaukee author Kendra Broekhuis is out March 12.
