For more than half a century, Zuern Building Products has set itself apart with phenomenal service. The family-owned and -operated business provides materials to professional builders and remodelers, as well as homeowners and DIY-ers. Customer satisfaction and relationship building are central to everything Zuern does.

“When we first start at Zuern, we aren’t just taught to make deliveries. We’re taught about the products themselves and what they’re used for on the construction site,” says Lilly Miller, a CDL driver for Zuern. “We’re taught to take extra time to set materials in the order that the builder will need them so we can make their day that much easier and save them time. It’s the little things that add up to the big difference between a family-owned company versus the big-box chains.” 

Miller has driven for Zuern for just over a year. Each of her days looks a little bit different, moving between the company’s 10 locations and many clients. But what remains the same is the meticulous process she, and every driver, follows to ensure the materials are delivered safely and on-time. “We want to stand out with our product and our service. We’re always going to go above and beyond for our customers,” Miller says.
