We were going to do the water park on the first night, but we stayed in because the room was really comfy, and it was fun hanging out with my friends and eating pizza. That and the lunch the next day were really good. It didn’t taste like chlorine at all. In the morning, we went to the water park, and at first it looked like there was just stuff for little kids, but once we got farther in, we found four big slides, all a little different. The wave pool was good, but the slides were super fun. We also went to the arcade and there was a shop that had every kind of candy you could think of.

The night we arrived, we gave the kids matching pajamas and free rein to stay up late, so the extra room for kids was worth every penny. The next morning, the kids took our wristbands, which gave them access to the room and water park and the ability to charge their lunch to the room. The food was a lot better than we expected, too. One great thing was that the phones were left in the room, forcing them to unplug and live in the moment. The girls were all like, “We have to do this every year for the rest of our lives!” They’ll be 30, and I’ll be taking them to the water park.
