At VIVA Wellness true wellness goes far beyond weight loss. While many people discover VIVA through its medical weight loss programs, the mission is to help clients feel their best physically, mentally and emotionally through personalized, comprehensive care.

Founded in 2017 in Brookfield by Family Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Hruz, VIVA Wellness was inspired by Hruz’s own 100-pound weight loss journey. Through her experience, Hruz learned that sustainable weight loss requires more than diet, exercise or medication alone. At the time, there were few practices offering a comprehensive model that addressed the many factors influencing long-term weight loss success. Recognizing this gap, Hruz created the blueprint for a different kind of weight loss practice – one that combines medical weight loss with functional wellness services to support clients throughout their holistic weight loss journeys.

Since 2017, VIVA Wellness has guided thousands of clients through personalized, holistic weight loss journeys, helping them achieve sustainable results while improving their overall health and well-being.
