Face of Innovative Senior Living

Trinity Senior Services brings a focus on well-being and connection to its senior living communities. The organization oversees the Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods communities. “Senior care can easily become focused on clinical needs alone, but meaningful aging requires a more holistic approach – one that recognizes and supports the physical, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of each person’s life,” says Nathalie Adamonis, marketing director for Trinity Senior Services.
One way Trinity Senior Services is leading in the senior living industry is through its commitment to intergenerational living. The organization has partnered with Mount Mary University and the School Sisters of Notre Dame to create a campus where undergraduate single mothers and their children under 12 can live alongside older adults at Trinity Woods, creating opportunities for connection. Trinity also cultivates relationships across generations through partnerships with local schools, universities and the childcare centers on both of its campuses. From classroom collaborations to volunteer projects, these interactions bring together children, students, families and older adults in ways that enrich lives, reduce social isolation, and strengthen the sense of community.
Sustainable living is an important part of Trinity’s mission. Trinity embraces the principles of Laudato Si’: caring for our common home. In pursuit of that mission, Trinity runs Clare Gardens in Neosho, Wisconsin, a farm-to-table program providing over 30,000 pounds of produce to senior living communities – something no other senior living company is doing in Wisconsin. “At Trinity Senior Services, we’re redefining what senior living can be,” says Adamonis. “We’re not just providing care – we’re creating opportunities for connection, purpose, growth and belonging.”
