ALL WEEKEND | BAUMGARTNER CENTER FOR DANCE

Milwaukee Ballet’s annual cutting-edge contemporary dance program MKE MIX starts this weekend. Staged in an intimate 172-seat theatre, audiences can expect a display of artistry and innovation in an up close and personal performance. Tickets are going fast – get them online here.

2. The Music of Pink Floyd

FRIDAY AT 8 P.M. | THE RIVERSIDE THEATRE

The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is accompanied by a full rock band and vocals to bring Pink Floyd’s distinctive sound to life. The program includes a score filled with the band’s musical colors, designed to extend the listening experience that is Pink Floyd. Get tickets online.

3. Good Kid, M.A.A.D Party: A Kendrick Lamar X SZA Night

6. Milwaukee Makers Market

Celebrate local Black-owned businesses at the Milwaukee Makers Market, coinciding with Discovery World’s Black Innovators in Science event. Over 15 local businesses will be on the promenade with cookies, coffee, candles and more. Admission to the market is free.

7. Flannelpalooza

Show off your best flannel this Saturday in honor of National Flannel Day. Flannelpalooza celebrates the classic button-down with winter activities, contests, beer and more. This event is free.
