Face of Digital Gaming

After completing a blockbuster renovation last year, Potawatomi Casino Hotel is now ushering in a new era of gaming. The casino is launching two new digital gaming apps, which will allow guests to game both on site and on the go from the convenience of their phones.
The first app is a mobile casino experience, designed to mirror the thrill of in-person gaming from anywhere. Users can spin digital slot machines and play other games while they rack up points that can be redeemed at Potawatomi for dining, gaming and entertainment.
The second will focus on mobile on-premise sports betting. Currently, Potawatomi’s guests must visit a kiosk or betting counter to wager on a game. But with the app, guests will be able to place bets from anywhere within the casino’s footprint, including restaurants and lounges. The process will be similar, but now guests don’t have to cut a dinner short or interrupt their time at a slot machine to place a bet for an upcoming game.
“Digital gaming represents the next chapter for us,” says Potawatomi Casino Hotel CEO Dominic Ortiz. “We are continually seeking strategic opportunities to strengthen our market position and provide cutting-edge technologies for our guests. With our new apps, our guests will get a top-of-the-line mobile gaming user experience, along with the tools and resources needed to game responsibly.”
Last year, Potawatomi completed Project Champions and introduced its Sportsbook, new gaming space and Poker Room. The Potawatomi Sportsbook, one of the largest in the Midwest, capped a $190 million renovation which brought two new gaming areas, new bars and restaurants, and 300 new slot machines.
Now, the introduction of these digital betting platforms marks the latest way Potawatomi Casino Hotel is committed to staying competitive in a rapidly changing gaming industry.
“We will continue to reinvest in our on-site experience at the casino, but in addition we’re making sure our guests can connect with us in new, convenient and rewarding ways,” Ortiz says.
