Diana Yusufov began doing cosmetic tattooing and permanent makeup in 2016, when the new beauty practice was just starting to grow in Milwaukee. She had already spent years in the esthetics industry and felt ready to take a leap into owning her own business by founding GÄDIS Beauty.

Eight-plus years later, GÄDIS Beauty now offers an array of beauty services, including cosmetic tattooing, eyebrows and lip blushing, fine line tattoos, areola restoration, facials and now a state-of-the-art laser for tattoo removal.

The work Yusufov and her team of eight perform is beyond skin deep. Services like areola restoration tattooing help cancer survivors who have mastectomies feel like themselves again. Brow tattooing (also known as microblading, nano brows or powder brows) helps bring balance and brightness to the face that boosts confidence. Yusufov’s goal is for clients to leave feeling self-assured.

GÄDIS Beauty recently added a new service to their portfolio – the PICO laser. It’s a state-of-the-art tattoo removal laser that requires fewer treatment sessions.

“I think this is such a great service that we’re going to be able to offer now to our clients who want their old tattoos and previous microbladed brows removed,” says Yusufov. “Fewer sessions equals less pain. It’s the best technology we have that helps transform a procedure that is known to be really painful and intense.”

GÄDIS also provides skin care, waxing and threading, spray tans and many more beauty services.

“Such a small thing can bring you confidence – it can really be life-changing,” says Yusufov. “We love when clients come back and tell us, ‘This really did make me feel so much better.’ That’s our goal.”
