When Elizabeth Lyvers founded Elevate + Co. in 2022, the practice started small – just her in a rental space. After a career in nursing, including earning her doctorate in nursing practice and nurse anesthesia, Lyvers opened her own medical aesthetics boutique with the goal of providing excellent, personalized service, while destigmatizing injectable beauty treatments.

And in only two years, Elevate + Co. has expanded from a one-woman operation to a multi-provider practice, offering skin treatments such as dermal fillers, facials, microneedling and more, from a beautiful, newly renovated office in the Third Ward.

“Our goal is to keep people looking natural, with conservative treatment options that enhance and elevate their beauty,” Lyvers says. “These subtle enhancements can make you feel like a refreshed and confident version of yourself, whatever your age.”

When a patient comes to Elevate + Co., they’re not sold on a treatment. Instead, they’re offered education about the options available to them, whether that’s a collagen-stimulating injectable, a chemical peel, a neuromodulator or a regimen combining several treatments. Depending on their goals, they can make a well-informed decision about the many possible treatments, customized for their unique needs.

“No patient is on the exact same regimen as someone else,” Lyvers says. “We focus on each patient’s skin care needs and how we can help. That’s how we’ve managed to grow as a business, by building this trust with our patients who keep coming back and tell their friends about us.”
