Thirty-five years ago, Bruce Nemovitz was working as a real estate agent in the Milwaukee area when he was asked to give a presentation for seniors planning a move. During that presentation, he realized there were no specialty services designed to help those seniors during that difficult, and often emotional, time.

“I decided at that point that I wanted to work with older folks and their families,” he says. “The biggest thing for folks facing a move is the fear of change, the fear of going from a known to an unknown. It can feel like you’re in a state of limbo, and it creates quite a bit of stress.”

As Senior Real Estate Specialists®, Nemovitz and his team are experts in all the intricacies of helping seniors move.

“Our motto is, ‘Taking you from overwhelmed to I can do this!’” Nemovitz says. “We know moving from your longtime home isn’t easy, so our goal is to treat each client with care, compassion and empathy as we lead them every step of the way to their next chapter.”
