“When you show someone a floor plan, they might not be able to fully embrace the idea,” says Mary Sweet, interior designer and project coordinator at Bartelt. “Then you show them a 3D model, and their whole face lights up. They start picturing themselves living in the space. It’s incredibly rewarding, and it helps everyone move forward with confidence because the design feels real.”

With more than four decades of remodeling experience, the Bartelt team understands the nuances of working within an existing home.
