Milwaukee World Festival Inc. is extending the 2023 season with the addition of a temporary beer and cocktail garden at Henry Maier Festival Park, along Milwaukee’s lakefront.
The area will be family- and pet-friendly and will feature live acoustic music, draft cocktails, domestic and craft beer, outdoor games and picnic table seating.

It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!
The beer and cocktail garden will be open select Fridays and Saturdays in September, starting on Sept. 8. Free convenient parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in lots located near the Mid Gate entrance.
The Northwestern Mutual Community Park will also be open during the beer and cocktail garden hours. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new or gently-used children’s book and place it in the donation box at the park. All books collected will be donated to Next Door Foundation’s Books for Kids program.
The menu at the beer and cocktail garden will feature domestic and craft beers, including Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy, Terrapin, Miller Lite, Miller High Life, Vizzy, Topo Chico, Lakefront Oktoberfest and Hazy Rabbit. Draft cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available, along with assorted snacks.
Dates and hours of operation are as follows:
September 8-9, 15-16, 22, 29-30: 3-8 p.m. with live acoustic music from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
September 23:10 a.m.-6p.m., during the 10th anniversary of Fromm Petfest being held on the festival grounds.
