1. Order Food for Milwaukee’s Black Restaurant Week
Due to the pandemic, BlankSpaceMke had to postpone the annual Milwaukee Black Restaurant Week. When the safer-at-home order was extended, event organizers rescheduled the event in a way that would support local businesses during a difficult time. All week they have been encouraging people to support Black Restaurant Week: Curbside Edition.
2. Participate in a Virtual Beer and Ice Cream Pairing
Walker’s Point’s MobCraft Beer and Purple Door Ice Cream are teaming up for a virtual beer and ice cream pairing at 7 p.m. Saturday. You can join on Zoom or do it yourself with a the tasting notes that are included with each kit.
3. Tune in for Zach Pietrini’s Bright & Shining Lights Livestream
Zach Pietrini let fans pick the record for his live concert at 7 p.m. on Saturday. He will be playing songs from Bright & Shining Lights, as well as from the Nashville EP, “cuz why not.” Tune in on Youtube to watch.
4. Participate in a Live Kids Ballooning Painting Session
Splash Studios is hosting a live kids painting session at 11 a.m. on Sunday. The package includes a virtual painting session with a live artist, all supplies needed to create “Ballooning” (canvas, paint, brushes), a can of soda, a candy necklace and a bead necklace.
5. Compete in Fat Daddy’s ’80s Bingo
Love the ’80s? Now’s your chance to prove it. The virtual Bingo game takes place at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Fat Daddy’s is also open for pick-up until 5 p.m. on Saturdays so you can pick up fitting beers to pair with the fierce competition.
