When you work with a 41Fork Hospitality brand, you take your event to the next level. The collective oversees seven distinct brands, each bringing an innovative spin to the world of events and catering, from weddings and corporate retreats to private events and smaller gatherings.

Noble Catering and Events provides tailor-made catering for special events. Each menu is designed in collaboration with the client, either in conjunction with the culinary team to create something unique, or with the event manager to make sure that every detail fits the goal of the event. NEAT is 41Fork’s beverage catering company, providing craft cocktails. Outside of Noble and NEAT, 41Fork also oversees hospitality at multiple brick-and-mortar locations: 41Fork Exchange at Wantable Cafe, Pearl & Cade, and coming soon, Brixton’s Turn.

“Our goal is to offer something for everyone in the community,” says Kaelyn Cervero, president and owner. “The diversity of brands allows us to meet people where they are. Whether you’re looking for an elevated experience, a casual gathering, or something in between, we have a concept or location that can deliver an exceptional experience.”

In the three years since starting 41Fork, Cervero has built a team with a wide breadth of experience across the culinary and hospitality landscape. The company has expanded rapidly. Noble Catering is now the exclusive caterer at Villa Terrace Museum and Gardens, Kinn Guesthouse Downtown, and Milwaukee Public Museum among other recent partnerships.

Every time a new client reaches out to 41Fork, the process begins by collecting as much information about what they are trying to achieve as possible. Nothing is off the table and the more details, the better. “Our job isn’t just to provide food or a venue,” Cervero says. “It’s to take an idea and turn it into an experience that feels intentional, personal and memorable.”
