The 10-year-old Delafield Hotel’s sale to a new owner in 2015 preceded – and prompted – a complete aesthetic and culinary overhaul of the restaurant formerly known as Andrew’s.
Although Armeli’s Restaurant has all the classics, from seafood to salads, we recommend trying one of their legendary pizzas. Some kinds include Armeli’s Deluxe, BYO Pizzas or Specialty Uno Pizza. Get a side order of their specialty house pastas too, of course.
Serves a completely plant-based menu in eco-friendly surroundings (bamboo floors, walls painted with nontoxic paint). Wines come from organic, sustainable vineyards. Vegan, raw and gluten-free options available.
The motto, “exceptional dining that’s casual,” extends to the idea that we need to respect the land from which our food comes. The menu is organized not by course or by the labels “meat,” “fish” or “vegetable.” It’s organized by price – not outlandish digits, either.
