Although Armeli’s Restaurant has all the classics, from seafood to salads, we recommend trying one of their legendary pizzas. Some kinds include Armeli’s Deluxe, BYO Pizzas or Specialty Uno Pizza. Get a side order of their specialty house pastas too, of course.

If you’re looking for something that’s a little bit higher up on the epicurean scale, this one’s for you. Maple-glazed, seared and thick-sliced duck breast is the bomb on its own. Layer it inside a warm, sturdy flour tortilla with queso, lettuce and the delicious chipotle salsa and the stars really align. One pro tip: Order the pureed black beans and scoop them into your taco! So not the Pizza Man of yore (the original was destroyed by fire), and yet, so like it. The owners have capitalized on the best parts of the old joint – the thin-crust pizza, staples like wild boar ravioli, and extensive selection of by-the-glass wines. They’ve also proven that cream cheese is genius on a pizza.
