Brady Street Festival Attracts 16 Wisconsin Artisan Cheesemakers
Cheesefest makes it easy to get your dairy geek on.

Breathe in the dairy air. When Brady Street Festival takes place on Saturday July 27 (11 a.m.-midnight), part of the day will be devoted to Cheesefest (11 a.m.-5 p.m.). Temptations beyond the Cheese Curd-eating Contest await. Sixteen Wisconsin artisan cheese makers will offer their products to sample and buy. The businesses include: BelGioioso, Carr Valley (which makes the award-winning Cocoa Cardona), Sartori, Holland's Family Farm (known for Marieke Gouda), Noble View Creamery, and Cedar Grove/Clock Shadow (Quark cheese is one of their). As for the Cheese Curd-eating Contest, it will take place at the Glorioso's Entertainment Stage at 5 p.m.
