Former Stubby's Chef Lands at North Star
Brad Clark brings his background in beer-friendly dining to the Brookfield restaurant.

If you checked in with Dish on Dining yesterday, I posted an item about chef Brad Clark leaving his post at Stubby’s Gastropub and Beer Bar (2060 N. Humboldt Ave.). This morning I got a line on his whereabouts. Clark is working with chef/co-owner Duffy O’Neil and his staff at Brookfield’s North Star American Bistro (19115 W. Capitol Dr., 262-754-1515). Since joining the restaurant company, Clark has been  busy with North Star Catering. O'Neil plans to get him working on special event dinners -- with Clark's background at Stubby's, beer dinners would be a good fit -- and will eventually perhaps have him take a lead role in the Brookfield restaurant kitchen.
