Stubby's Chef Makes His Exodus
Brad Clark has left the Humboldt Avenue restaurant.

The kitchen is looking a little different at Stubby’s Gastropub and Beer Bar (2060 N. Humboldt Ave., 414-763-6324). Chef Brad Clark has parted ways with the East Side suds-centric eating establishment. Co-owner Brad Todd says the break was mutual. “It was time for both of us to move on,” he says. No word on Clark’s post-Stubby’s plans. He'd previously worked at the former Bunker's in West Allis.
