Play the Pixel Art Politicians Game
Can you guess the identity behind each pixelated representation of a major public figure?
Someone, well, a lot of people have said that politics is all about perception. So is art, in a way. But the two fields rarely cross paths. Mostly you see musty old portraits hanging on the walls of equally musty government buildings. There's something remarkably unexciting about depicting those figures who, in their lifetimes, struggled to control how they were portrayed.
But what if one simplified the act of portrayal to the point that control became impossible? What would happen then? A fun game? We thought so. Below, a dozen Wisconsin politicians from local, state and national politics have been reduced to pixel art. The game is to guess each's identity. Once you think you have the answer, highlight the black box under the picture for the solution.
If you keep score, see how you stack up against the following metric ...
0 to 3: In Danger of Failing Important Quizzes Administered by Paramedics
4 to 6: Hey, at Least You're Trying, Aren't You?
7 to 9: Moderately Savvy Individual
10 to 12: Future Pundit
