Race to the Finish
The Brewers Racing Sausages are an indelible image in my mind. In fact, two years ago the Sausages broke from their busy schedule and posed for our June City Guide cover. Very down-to-earth links, particularly Chorizo.… In honor of these most hallowed personalities, Miller Time Pub is offering the Racing Sausage Platter on its menu (through October). It’s either a meal for a group or one really hungry person. The five sausages (brat, hot dog, Polish, Italian and chorizo) come with a pound of French fries ($22). The 100-ounce Miller beer tower ($20) sounds like an appropriate accompaniment. (Hilton Milwaukee City Center, 509 W. Wisconsin Ave., 414-271-2337)
