Julie Waterman, who opened a chocolate “boutique” on Shorewood’s main drag last November, announced this morning that she’s moving the production operations for her Indulgence Chocolatiers from Waukesha to Walker’s Point. The space – at 211 S. Second St. – will house the company’s kitchen and offices, as well as a retail shop (that's in addition to the Shorewood store) and “new chocolate pairing bar concept.” The pairing bar will allow customers to order chocolate flights with cheese, wine or craft beer. ETA for the move is this summer.
