  • A 22-year-old man was shot and killed while sitting in his car that was parked on the 2800 block of W. Kilbourn Avenue last night. 
  • Yesterday four same-sex couples launched a lawsuit against the state and Gov. Walker challenging Wisconsin's constitutional ban on same sex marriages. Attorney Gen. J.B. Van Hollen released a statement Monday pledging to fight the suit.
